This statistic depicts electric power-assisted bike sales in EU-28 from the year 2006 to 201.

The graph says that the popularity of e-bike is becoming very popular day by day. In 2015, around 1.6 million e-bikes sold in across the Europe, which is bigger than ever. In 2006, the amount of e-bike sales was 9.8 million.

In this graph, we can see that Germany is in the top position for e-bike selling in 2016. About 605,000 electric power-assisted bikes have been sold in Germany in 2016, where 273,000 e-bikes have been sold in the Netherlands whose position is second in the list.

Ireland is in the lowest position in the list (around 3,000 e-bikes have been sold in 2016).

This statistic depicts the E-bike sales in Europe from 2009 to 2012. In 2009, around 500 thousand E-bikes were sold across Europe. In 2012, the sale amount was the highest, near about 1100 thousand E-bikes were sold across Europe. So, the number of E-bike users are gradually increasing.

In 2016, about 32.8 million E-bikes were sold in the Asia Pacific region. And it is gradually increasing year by year in this particular region. That’s why we can say that this particular region is the most important marketplace for E-bikes. Also, in the western European countries around 1.6 million E-bikes were sold in the year 2016.

According to a Statista survey among Americans in 2017, about 59% people in the USA collect information about e-bike from Online and 23% of them collect information from youtube.

Again 53% people collect information from the bicycle shop.

So, it is clear that online-based e-bike information source is very popular among the American people.
